Any personal data that is collected on the site shall be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 and further shall only be used by Q-Recruit for the purpose of collecting and processing your application for an employment position within a client of Q-Recruit, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

You agree to provide personal data which is in all respects true, accurate and up to date and is not, in any respect, misleading, deceptive or inaccurate or likely to mislead or deceive.

Unless you specifically request that we do not store your personal data regarding your application, we will retain the data for a period of 12 months from your application. This is to give us the ability of matching your details to any future suitable vacancies that may arise. After this 12 month period your data will be removed. You may request the removal of your data at any time earlier than this by notifying us in writing.
